My name is Angel Gonzalez.

I didn't come from money. I grew up lower-class in Southern Texas watching my family barely get by.

In 2017, I started working in the oil field. A year later, I moved into the renewable wind industry. The money was good... better than anything I'd ever seen. But I was working 60+ hours a week, constantly away from home, missing out on life.

I bought my first few properties. Made mistakes. Learned the hard way that rentals move too slow for someone starting out. So I shifted to fast-converting active investing strategies: wholesaling, fix-and-flips, and new construction.

Fast forward to today... I've built a portfolio worth over $10 million and I'm netting over a million dollars a year.
